  Yes.
• Will you enforce the license?
  Honor system.  It's not meant for big projects that are set to make more money than me in a lifetime.
• Should I be worried about the 10k copies limit?
  Not really. It's there to keep these as a resource meant for indie and smaller projects. You don't have to worry if your project barely surpasses the mark, but a tip would be appreciated.
• What if I know i will sell more than 10k physical copies?
  You should contact me, or hire someone  for your project. Or contact me to work on your project *winks*.
